We roast coffee using the classic Italian method. During the roasting process itself, we let the coffee beans reach the second crack. Our coffee is therefore more intensely roasted, without strong acidity, with a delicate sweetness and a bitter aftertaste. By roasting longer and at a lower temperature during this process, we achieve a transfer of thoughts to the Italian Alps or the Italian sea.
A balanced blend of Arabica and specially selected Robusta coffee, roasted in the slow Italian style. The result is a rich, velvety crema, a rich nutty-caramel aroma, and minimal acidity. A versatile blend for espresso, cappuccino, and lungo – your daily Italian ritual.
