1. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver goods to the buyer's address within the Czech Republic.
Shipping Cost
The current shipping cost and any free shipping threshold are always displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order. The seller reserves the right to change shipping prices; the current price list is always available in the shopping cart.
For orders over CZK 1,500 (incl. VAT), shipping is free. This threshold may change; current conditions are always displayed in the shopping cart.
Delivery Time
The seller typically dispatches goods within 5 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt. The buyer will be informed of the dispatch by email.
Acceptance of Shipment
Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, the buyer must record this in the carrier's handover protocol and immediately inform the seller at ordine@beacaffe.cz.
Failure to accept the shipment without stating a reason may be considered a breach of the purchase contract.
2. Complaints Policy
2.1 Submitting a Complaint
Complaints can be submitted:

When submitting a complaint, please provide: order number, description of the defect or reason for the complaint, and whether you request repair, exchange, or a refund.
2.2 Warranty Period
The seller is liable for defects in goods for a period of 24 months from the consumer's receipt of the goods (§ 2165 of the Civil Code).
For food products (coffee), the warranty period applies to hidden defects. The minimum shelf life of the product is always indicated on the packaging. Goods past their minimum shelf life cannot be claimed due to the passage of time.
2.3 Exclusions from Complaint
Complaints cannot be made in the following cases:
- The goods were damaged by improper handling or storage by the buyer.
- The defect arose from natural wear and tear or normal use.
- The buyer was aware of the defect before entering into the contract.
- The defect arose due to intervention by the buyer or a third party.
2.4 Complaint Resolution
The seller will resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of its submission. The buyer will be informed of the complaint's outcome by email or phone.
If the complaint is deemed justified, the seller will, at the buyer's choice, arrange for repair, exchange for new undamaged goods, or a refund of the purchase price.
3. Return of Goods (Withdrawal from Contract)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note: Unopened goods (coffee in intact original hermetic packaging) can be returned. Opened goods (opened packaging) cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons, in accordance with § 1837(e) of the Civil Code.
Return procedure:
- Send an email to ordine@beacaffe.cz with your order number and request for return.
- Send the goods back at your own expense in their intact original packaging.
- We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same method as the original payment.
