We roast coffee using the classic Italian method. During the roasting process, we allow the coffee beans to reach just before the second crack. Our coffee is therefore more intensely roasted, without prominent acidity, with a delicate sweetness and a bitter aftertaste. Longer roasting at a lower temperature during this process allows us to transport our thoughts to the Italian Alps or the Italian sea.
