L'espresso napoletano – strong, full-bodied, unmistakable
We roast our coffee using the classic Italian method. The coffee beans are roasted until they reach the second crack. Our coffee is therefore more intensely roasted, without prominent acidity, with a subtle sweetness and a bitter aftertaste. Longer roasting at a lower temperature during this process allows us to transport your thoughts to the Italian Alps or the Italian sea.
An intense blend inspired by Neapolitan coffee tradition. A higher proportion of specially selected Robusta coffee provides a full body, distinctive character, and a strong crema with a dark hazelnut color. The flavor profile is dominated by dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and notes of toasted bread. Strong and uncompromising – just as it's drunk in Naples. Created for a short espresso.
